Meet The Moab Juggernaut

The MOAB Juggernaut is a true extreme off-road, off-grid motorhome, built on the ACELA Monterra 4x4 military-grade chassis with full-time AWD, 22" of ground clearance, and 46" Goodyear MV/T super singles with CTIS. Power comes from a 330HP Caterpillar 7.2L turbo-diesel paired to an Allison 7-speed automatic, with air-ride seating, ABS with a driver-controlled exhaust “Jake” brake, and multi-angle cameras for confident maneuvering. A self-supporting, welded and huck-fastened habitat rides on a floating platform so the box stays composed as the chassis articulates, and the shell can be unbolted from the frame for major service. Off-grid capability is anchored by a class-leading 48V electrical system (6,000W inverter, ~17kWh Lithionics storage, 1.5kW solar) and 150 gallons of heated fresh water, enabling extended stays without a generator. At 25’3” long, 12’8” tall (with A/C), 97" wide, and with 81.5" of interior headroom and a 32,000-lb GVWR, the Juggernaut blends expedition toughness with residential comfort.

Exterior

The exterior is engineered for strength, serviceability, and real-world use. MOAB’s self-supporting box frame is welded and huck-fastened, no wood to swell, and uses extra-thick fiberglass walls, while the entire habitat can be unbolted from the chassis if needed. Access is effortless with an articulating entry step and grab rails, and daily life is organized through multiple lockable metal storage compartments, metal sub-floor boxes, easy tank access behind exterior doors, and an exterior hot/cold shower. Visibility and safety are enhanced by a 52" LED light bar, OEM driving and fog lights, upper/lower LED tails and markers, LED reverse and plate lights, and a multi-camera viewing system; a rack-mounted hydraulic lift handles the spare. Utilities include 50-amp shore service, plentiful 120V outlets (plus a 20-amp exterior compartment outlet), dual heated 75-gallon fresh tanks (150 gal total), heated 40-gal black and 30-gal gray tanks, a high-capacity pump, and a 10-gal water heater. Popular options such as an electric awning with wind sensor, full-body graphics wrap, a 5-camera security system with phone app, exterior speakers, and a rear pull-out storage tray let you tailor the Juggernaut to your missions.

Interior

Inside, the Juggernaut feels like a refined, residential suite designed for real life on the trail. The great room seats six at a full dinette that converts to a king bed, supported by abundant storage—under-seat bins, cab-over cubbies, and a closet with shelves and a hanging rod, plus commercial-grade flooring and soft-touch finishes for durability and quiet. The galley uses solid-surface counters, a residential stainless sink, refrigerator/freezer, convection microwave/oven, and a removable double-burner induction cooktop that can plug in outside; dedicated outlets at the counter make coffee-and-laptop duty easy, and a wall-mounted Smart TV faces the dinette. A true dry bath upgrades daily routines with a separate walk-in shower (skylight and adjustable wand), residential toilet, vanity, and floor-to-ceiling linen cabinet, including a pass-through to rear exterior storage. Zoned interior lighting, soft-close cabinetry with push-button latches, dual-pane windows, a roof hatch with vent fan/egress, a washer/dryer cabinet with pull-out drawer, and climate control via a 48V Nomadic Cooling A/C (12,480 BTU) and two thermostat-controlled toe-kick heaters round out a space built to stay comfortable far from hookups.
